Full Job Description
Growing company in Richardson looking for a new full time Bilingual (Spanish & English) Administrative Assistant / Sales Support / Customer Service. Training and mentoring will be provided by our successful team while offering competitive salary, bonus and benefits package (health insurance and 401k match)


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls for the company and directing calls
  • Help create and execute sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and active clients to effectively grow the business
  • Qualify for bids and RFQ
  • Help Prepare presentations and product demos
  • Update product spec sheets
  • Research, manage, and resolve any issues for clients
  • Data Entry for Sales Orders, Invoices, and RMA
  • Read bid contracts in both English and Spanish
  • Communicate with customers in Central and South America

Requirements:

  • Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Technically Savy is a must
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
  • Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of Administrative Skills and 2 year Customer Service and any Sales Experience is a plus
